It’s a first step in the right direction. Because the Senate GOP leadership decided to whittle the House-passed ten years of defunding down to one, this means that as the midterm elections are shaping up, the GOP will need to build on this and pass additional years of forced federal taxpayer funding of America’s Abortion Goliath. And the Pro-Life Generation will vote Pro-Life First.”
KEY VOTE — Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, Marjorie Dannenfelser, President: “On behalf of our more than one million members from all 50 states, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America strongly supports and will score in favor of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which includes the vital priority of stopping forced taxpayer funding of the abortion industry for one year. KEY VOTE — U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Rodney Davis, Senior Vice President for Government Affairs: “The Chamber supports House passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act that would permanently extend President Trump’s pro-growth tax reforms, curb the growth in federal spending, and advance important regulatory reforms. The legislation would strengthen America’s global competitiveness and fuel long-term economic growth. Like any large piece of legislation, there is always opportunity for refinement, and we look forward to continued collaboration with members of Congress and the administration as the process moves forward. Today, it is essential that the House keep the reconciliation process moving forward and to that end will consider inclusion of House passage on its annual Key Vote list.”

We The People need our borders secure, permanent tax cuts, energy independence, restoring peace through strength, cut wasteful spending, DEFUND Big Abortion and its devastating ripple effect on women, men, marriages, families and society. Devaluing innocent little human beings in the womb is barbaric. And, the fiscal impact of abortion and its risks and complications on women's lifelong health and fertility must be reigned in and addressed with common sense critical thinking and accountability.”
Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation, Richard Fontenot, President, Louisiana Farm Bureau: “Food, shelter, clothing, and fuel give every American the luxury to chase their dreams, rather than chase their necessities. These securities are provided by American farmers and ranchers across this country. Without meaningful improvements to outdated farm programs, that assurance for every citizen will turn from threatened to lost. That is why the tax provisions of the reconciliation bill are a top priority for the convenience industry. Our members need the tax relief in the package which continues the effective tax treatment of family businesses and their corporate competitors. The bill would also spur the economy by returning the full ability of businesses to depreciate new investments and correcting problems with limitations on the deduction of business interest payments. Through these measures, the bill will directly support U.S. economic growth and security. Mining feeds and fuels virtually every American supply chain; a strong mining industry creates an equally strong foundation for every industry that depends on the products and energy we provide. Southwest Airlines: “Southwest Airlines supports the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which will provide urgent and long-overdue investments in the safety and reliability of our nation’s air traffic control system. The bill’s pro-growth tax provisions will protect U.S. jobs while ensuring the traveling public is served by the most modern and efficient air traffic system in the world.”
Space Florida, Rob Long, President and Chief Executive Officer: “Space Florida applauds the Senate’s inclusion of this language to open access to tax exempt financing for spaceports. We appreciate policymakers’ foresight which will secure U.S. space leadership and support it becoming law.”
Steel Manufacturers Association: “The steel tariff and the tax cuts are the most critical contributions that government has made to the domestic steel industry in decades. Congress should renew these investments in American workers. We urge support for the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.”
Strategic Biofuels LLC, Dr. Paul F. Schubert: “We support the final passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. The IRS 45Q provisions in the current bill provide valuable support for Strategic Biofuels' Louisiana Green Fuels Project in Northeastern Louisiana. Ultimately, this bill supports economic growth and creation of hundreds of high paying jobs in the 7th poorest Congressional District in the country.”
Suniva, Matt Card, President: “Suniva, the largest solar cell manufacturer in North America, based in Norcross, Georgia, applauds the efforts by the Ways & Means Committee and the House of Representatives to ensure that American tax dollars are used to support American manufacturers and American workers. The reforms to the Advanced Manufacturing Production credit (Sec. 45X) will provide vital support to US manufacturers and incentivize additional investment in the development of a US supply chain for the solar industry.”
Tax Aggies Coalition, coalition of 45 national and regional agricultural trade associations: “As representatives of the U.S. agriculture industry, we write to thank the Members of the House Committee on Ways and Means—particularly Chairman Smith—for their efforts to advance tax provisions that address the needs of farmers, ranchers, and small businesses. We are encouraged by elements of the package that will provide meaningful support to the agriculture sector. As the reconciliation process moves forward, we urge the House of Representatives to move swiftly to prioritize measures that strengthen rural communities and promote economic stability across American agriculture without delay.”
Texas Farm Bureau, Russell Boening, President: “Texas Farm Bureau applauds the U.S. Senate for passing the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB) Act that includes critical provisions to strengthen the farm safety net and prevent a looming tax cliff that threatens farm and ranch families at the end of this year…Texas Farm Bureau urges swift action in the U.S. House of Representatives to quickly send this bill to President Donald Trump’s desk for his signature. Our farm and ranch families need and deserve this legislation enacted into law.”
The Abortion Survivors Network, Melissa Ohden, Founder and Chief Executive Officer: “Today’s passage of the Big Beautiful Bill is a bold step toward protecting the most vulnerable in our country by defunding Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider. Hundreds of thousands of babies are aborted annually at Planned Parenthood’s facilities and through their programs. Some have miraculously survived through failed, stopped and reversed abortions, but are rarely given a fighting chance to live.”
The Innovator Alliance and a coalition of pro-growth organizations: “The Innovator Alliance, comprised of the undersigned organizations, commends policymakers for their leadership and writes in support of the House passing H.R. 1, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, as amended by the Senate. The proposed legislation advances a pro-growth tax policy framework that will bolster the innovation ecosystem, this country’s economic engine that broadens opportunity to more Americans and drives our country’s competitive edge.”
The Libre Initiative, Daniel Garza, President: “We commend the Senate for passing H.R. 1 to make the Trump tax cuts permanent—measures that have proven to deliver real benefits to hardworking families, job creators, and entrepreneurs across the country. For Latinos—who are starting businesses at a notable rate and powering local economies—this bill is not just good policy, it’s essential. By making the low tax rates and small business provisions permanent, this legislation helps ensure that Latino workers, small business owners, and families can thrive with greater certainty, flexibility, and opportunity. Tax relief allows families to keep more of what they earn, invest in their future, and weather economic uncertainty with confidence. We applaud the Senate for sending a clear message that the American Dream remains alive and within reach for all—especially those working hard to build a better life.”
The Payroll Group, Danny Kline, President: “On behalf of The Payroll Group (TPG) the leading association representing small and mid-sized independent payroll processors we are proud to support the work the United States Senate has done to improve the ‘One Big, Beautiful Bill’, and urge its swift passage in the United States House of Representatives.”
The Real Estate Roundtable, Jeffrey DeBoer, President and Chief Executive Officer: “The Real Estate Roundtable supports the Senate Amendment to H.R. 1, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. We urge its final passage and speedy enactment. This legislation will spur needed investment in our nation’s housing supply, strengthen urban and rural communities, and grow the broader economy to the benefit of all Americans.”
T-Mobile, Tony Russo, Vice President of Federal Legislative Affairs: “T-Mobile strongly supports the House Reconciliation Package. The tax and spectrum provisions will jumpstart economic growth and advance US leadership in wireless communications. We appreciate Congress's work on these key issues for our economic future, and we look forward to swift passage so that we can begin putting these policies to work.”
Transportation Intermediaries Association: “As the House prepares to take up the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) offers our support for this legislation and its commitment to tax reform that benefits small businesses. More than 70% of TIA’s 2,000 member companies are small, family-run freight brokerages. These businesses are the connective tissue of our $343 billion logistics industry—coordinating shipments, safeguarding freight, and keeping consumer goods moving coast to coast. We are especially encouraged by the bill’s tax provisions and pro-growth measures that empower small businesses. These policies will help level the playing field, reduce operating pressures, and ensure long-term investment in America’s supply chain backbone. TIA applauds the Senate for advancing this legislation and urges House leaders to move swiftly to pass this bill and stand with the small businesses that keep America moving.”
U.S. Chamber of Commerce: “Before the 2017 tax reforms, the average hourly earnings for production and nonsupervisory workers were growing at a rate of 2.4% per year in 2016 and 2017. After the tax cuts, however, wage growth for these workers increased to 3.7% by October 2019. Thanks to these gains, by April 2020, the average production and nonsupervisory worker was earning about $1,400 more per year than the previous trend would have predicted. Now Congress has the opportunity to make these policies permanent as part of the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act." Doing so would provide businesses the certainty and stability they need to make the long-term investments that drive growth, accelerate productivity, and increase prosperity across all segments of the economy.”
U.S. Rice Producers Association: “The USRPA would now urge members to support the reconciliation proposal as it moves through the House and looks forward to continuing to work with and support efforts by Congress to reauthorize and improve the commodity program safety net.”
Uber: “Uber supports the reconciliation bill and its provision enabling drivers and couriers to keep 100% of the tips they earn. The No Tax On Tips legislation will help millions of American workers keep more money in their pockets following years of cost increases. We appreciate President Trump and the House Ways & Means Committee for including independent contractors in this bill and look forward to its passage.”
Ultra Machining Company (UMC), Don Tomann, Major Owner and Chief Executive Officer: “Ultra Machining Company (UMC), a second-generation, family-owned Subchapter S precision CNC manufacturer, stands firmly behind The One Big, Beautiful Bill and calls on Congress to fully reinstate and make permanent the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). As a high-precision shop serving mission-critical industries— medical, aerospace, defense, and space—UMC is no stranger to complexity and regulation. But today’s fragmented compliance landscape, coupled with regressive tax policy changes, is actively undercutting our ability to invest, hire, and innovate on American soil…We support The One Big, Beautiful Bill for its regulatory clarity, and we demand the return of smart tax policy that fuels—not punishes—American manufacturing. Give us the tools, and we will build. We won’t let our country down.”
United Airlines: “United Airlines applauds the inclusion of funding to strengthen our nation’s Air Traffic Control (ATC) system in the House budget reconciliation bill. Importantly, passage of this legislation will accelerate long-overdue ATC investments and serve as a critical down payment in support of President Trump’s and Secretary Duffy’s transformational efforts to enhance safety, efficiency, and innovation in our airspace infrastructure…We look forward to House passage and working with Congress and the administration to ensure these investments are implemented to the benefit of the traveling public and the U.S. economy.”
United Postmasters and Managers of America: “With key provisions impacting Federal employees eliminated, the ‘One Big, Beautiful Bill’ fulfills two of President Trump’s goals: to avoid an increase in current tax rates on all Americans and increase the individual deduction for senior citizens to fulfill his promise to eliminate tax on Social Security. These provisions greatly benefit UPMA retirees.”
United States Peanut Federation, Jamie Brown, Chairman: “We are grateful to the U.S. Senate and U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman John Boozman for their hard work in ensuring the much-needed provisions for the peanut industry were included in this bill. We now urge the U.S. House to act quickly in their review process and final passage of the legislation package.”
UPS: “UPS applauds policymakers for advancing this legislative package to foster economic growth nationwide. A competitive tax environment will enhance our ability to provide reliable service to customers of all sizes and further invest in the local communities where we live and work. We urge Congress to swiftly pass this bill.”
USA Dry Pea & Lentil Council: “As representatives of the U.S. agriculture industry, we write to thank the Members of the House Committee on Ways and Means—particularly Chairman Smith—for their efforts to advance tax provisions that address the needs of farmers, ranchers, and small businesses. We are encouraged by elements of the package that will provide meaningful support to the agriculture sector. As the reconciliation process moves forward, we urge the House of Representatives to move swiftly to prioritize measures that strengthen rural communities and promote economic stability across American agriculture without delay.”
USA Rice, LG Raun, Farmers Chair: "USA Rice applauds the Senate for passing the OBBB Act including a historic and critical investment in the farm safety net. We urge the House of Representatives to take up and pass this bill with the key ag investments before the 4th of July."
USTelecom | The Broadband Association, Brandon Heiner, Senior Vice President of Government Affairs: “Updating the nation’s tax code—including through 100% expensing—is a critical step forward as broadband providers gear up to invest in connecting American communities and families through the BEAD program.”
Verizon, Robert Fisher, Senior Vice President of Federal Government Relations: “Verizon strongly supports the House legislation to be considered this weekend that provides a new spectrum pipeline, spectrum auction authority and extension of the 2017 TCJA. Together, these policies incentivize greater investment in our networks. Full expensing for equipment and research and experimentation expenses would also be reinstated under the bill, allowing for immediate tax deductions for investments in broadband equipment and qualified research. These important policies, that are similar to the 2017 TCJA, gave our business the certainty needed which resulted in Verizon investing over $210B in spectrum auctions and CAPEX since 2017. This type of investment would not have been possible without these critical tax policies. This, along with our recent announcement of investing $5B in small businesses over the next 5 years, demonstrates our commitment to the growth and investment in the U.S. economy ensuring we lead the world in next generation broadband technology.”
Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America: “On behalf of the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America I am writing to express our strong support for the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). This bill makes permanent key tax reforms created in 2017 by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Most critically it improves and makes permanent the Section 199A deduction for qualified business income and updates to the estate tax.”
