Promises Kept

  • Passed H.R. 1 to lower energy costs for families, increase American energy independence, and reduce regulatory burdens by reforming the permitting process.
  • Passed H.R. 347 to put a check on the Biden administration’s inflationary policies.
  • Passed H.R. 2811 to slash wasteful government spending, save taxpayers $4.8 trillion, and grow the economy through common-sense spending reforms.
  • Passed H.R. 3746 to save taxpayers $2.1 trillion and put Congress on a path toward fiscal responsibility while avoiding a default on our debt. This bill was ultimately passed by the Senate and signed into law by President Biden on June 3, 2023.

  • Passed H. Res. 11 to establish a Select Committee on China which assesses the military, economic, and technological challenges posed by the CCP.
  • Passed H.R. 22 to stop the selling of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to China.
  • Passed S. 619 to require the Biden administration to declassify information relating to COVID-19. This bill was signed into law on March 20, 2023.
  • Passed H. Res. 104 to condemn the CCP’s use of a high-altitude surveillance balloon over United States territory as a brazen violation of United States sovereignty.
  • Passed H.J. Res. 39 to overturn a Biden administration rule allowing China to circumvent U.S. solar tariffs. This was also passed by the Senate, but President Biden ultimately vetoed the bill.

  • Passed H.J. Res. 26 to overturn the D.C. City Council’s radical criminal code overhaul that made the nation’s capital a safe haven for violent criminals. After 173 House Democrats voted against this bill, President Biden caved on his initial veto threat and signed it into law on March 20, 2023.
  • Passed H.R. 2 to secure the border and put a stop to the Biden administration’s inhumane immigration crisis.
  • Passed H.R. 467 to give law enforcement the resources they need to combat fentanyl.
  • Passed H. Res. 461 and H.R. 3941 to prevent the use of elementary and secondary schools as housing facilities for illegal immigrants.
  • Passed H.R. 2670 to strengthen our military readiness, support our service members and their families, and gut the Biden administration’s woke agenda being forced on our men and women in uniform.
  • Passed H.R. 4366 to fund military construction and veterans’ care and benefits.
  • Passed H.R. 3935 to maintain America’s gold standard in aviation.

  • Passed H.J. Res. 30 to protect Americans’ retirement dollars from being subjected to the Democrats’ Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda.
  • Passed H.J. Res. 27 to overturn the Biden administration’s WOTUS rule which placed burdensome regulations on our hardworking farmers and ranchers.
  • Passed H.J. Res. 45 to overturn the Biden administration’s student loan bailout for the wealthy.
  • Passed S.J. Res. 9 and S.J. Res. 24 to overturn the Biden administration’s overreaching rules which unfairly targeted farmers, ranchers, and energy and construction workers.
  • Conducting thorough investigations, led by multiple House committees, into Joe Biden’s involvement in his family’s corrupt business dealings.
