House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) joined Fox News Channel's Fox & Friends this morning, where he discussed how the new Republican majority will bring accountability back to the House and get Congress back to work. Majority Whip Emmer touted that Republicans are opening up the Capitol to the public, making representatives come to work by eliminating proxy voting, reinstating the Holman Rule that allows members to do targeted spending cuts, and eliminating Christmas tree bills that result in trillions of dollars of reckless spending.
