WASHINGTON – In case you missed it, Politico previewed Majority Whip Tom Emmer’s plans to sponsor an amendment to the FY 2024 Financial Services and General Government appropriations bill that restricts the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) use of funds on digital asset enforcement until there are clear rules and regulations in place.
