Whip Emmer Honors Law Enforcement with ‘Pizza for Police’ Event During National Police Week

WASHINGTON – Today, Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) hosted “Pizza for Police” to show Congress’ appreciation for law enforcement during National Police Week. Hundreds of law enforcement officers from the U.S. Capitol Police and agencies across the country attended the event, along with FBI Director Kash Patel, representatives from law enforcement organizations, and 20 Members of Congress.



“Every day, our men and women in blue put their lives on the line to protect communities across the country,” said Whip Emmer. “House Republicans will always back the blue, and it was a privilege to show my appreciation for our nation’s law enforcement this National Police Week.”
