H.Res. 271 – Condemning the Trump Administration’s Legal Campaign to Take Away Americans’ Health Care (Rep. Allred – Energy and Commerce/Judiciary)

The resolution urges the reversal of the Trump Administration’s decision to seek the invalidation of the Affordable Care Act in ongoing litigation, and calls on the Administration to protect Americans with pre-existing conditions, seniors struggling with high prescription drug costs, and millions of Americans who have gained coverage under the ACA.

The Rule provides for one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the Chair and Ranking Member of the Energy and Commerce Committee.
