Under a Rule (1 bill):

Begin Consideration of H.R. 7608 – State, Foreign Operations, Agriculture, Rural Development, Interior, Environment, Military Construction, and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act, 2021 (Rep. Lowey – Appropriations)

This includes four appropriations bills and totals $259.5 billion in discretionary funding. This legislation makes robust investments to safeguard our national security, support our troops and veterans, advance American values and interests, protect the environment, preserve our treasured lands, expand opportunity for Native Americans and Americans in rural areas, and improve global health.

The Rule provides for one hour of general debate equally divided and controlled by the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Appropriations.  The Rule makes in order 132 amendments and allows for amendments to be offered en bloc. A full list of amendments can be found here.

As a reminder, amendments this week will not be considered in the Committee of the Whole but rather before the full House.
