The first African American House Majority Whip, Former Rep. William Gray (D-PA), presenting Majority Whip Clyburn with a leather whip as a symbol of the work he will do in the 110th Congress to whip up support for the Democratic agenda. Joining them is Clyburn's counterpart, Republican Whip Roy Blunt of Missouri. The lawmakers plan to meet at regular bipartisan lunches to discuss ways they can work together for the American people.
